bite the bullet psychotherapy and counselling services

Psychotherapy or counselling can be daunting, but if you're reading this, then you're already a step closer to getting the support you need... at some point you will need to 'bite the bullet' and get the process off the ground by booking an initial assessment. This is usually followed by a verbal agreement to continue the sessions.
Sessions last for fifty minutes and take place at a regular, weekly time-slot.
Whilst short term therapy can be helpful for dealing with a crisis that feels immediate, longer term therapy, in negotiation between therapist and client, can offer a more solid platform for change.
Current research holds the view that the relationship built between therapist and client is more important than the type of therapy offered. It is important to find a therapist you feel safe and comfortable with.
